Glass that is frequently preferred by architects due to being a functional, efficient and aesthetic material provides new dimensions to architecture as well as helps in designing assertive and innovative buildings. Achieving maximum benefit from the daylight is the first architecture concern in terms of effective use of power sources and due to having important positive impacts on the human psychology.

Initially, attention was paid to high light permeability due to aiming a luminous working environment and illumination consumption was reduced with maximum natural light use. Additionally, heat comfort was another criterion for us. While the solar heat was reduced and taken inside with preferred glasses having low permeability coefficient, we aimed to prevent heat leakage from interior to exterior of the building by reflecting the heat inside again. Therefore, efficiency of the power consumed for heating and cooling is maintained. Also, we have taken safety precautions and used laminated glass at exterior façades and maintained 40% power saving.
